Direct Call Banker is a convenient automated account information system that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Holidays. The menu is available in both English and Spanish.

You will be able to perform the following inquiries:

  • Obtain up-to-date account information on your DCB Checking account
    • Review the last 10 checks or debits that paid to your account
    • Review the last 10 deposits that credited to your account
    • Verify a specific check has paid to your account
    • Request a fax of your most recent account activity
    • Obtain your current available balance
    • Evaluate our interest rates currently being offered on checking accounts
  • Obtain up-to-date account information on your DCB Savings account
    • Review the last 10 withdrawals and debits that paid to your account
    • Review the last 10 deposits that credited to your account
    • Request a fax of your most recent account activity
    • Obtain your current available balance
    • Evaluate our interest rates currently being offered on savings accounts
  • Obtain our current interest rates being offered on DCB Certificate of Deposits
  • Perform an account transfer of funds between accounts*
    *Requires signed authorization to be on file. See your local DCB New Account Representative.
  • Obtain up-to-date loan account information on your DCB Installment, Commercial, and Home Equity or Credit Reserve accounts
    • Obtain payment information
    • Obtain payoff information
